Please try the following steps to fix your issue

Create your own Windows account with Admin rights

If Windows files or drivers have become corrupted it will  be necessary to repair windows files. This a quite a simple step by step process.

If this fails to resolve the issue for you the next step is reinstalling Windows

After the install has completed successfully,  make sure Windows Updates are  fully updated and that you are using the very latest drivers for your GPU.
