We are sorry to hear you are having issues with your GPU. Can you confirm that with the card removed you can get a display from the onboard/motherboard ports.

If yoiu do get a display with the GPU removed. You can send the card back to us using the attached postage label and we will send you new card out. Print a second copy of the label, for inside the packaging & put your order number, ours/amazon/ebay, or your postcode on this label. so we can identify you.
And we will send you a replacement card when the card arrives back here.
Alternatively, to speed things up for you. if you get a receipt of postage from the Post Office and upload that to us and we will send the replacement card when we get that.
