Hi
We are sorry to hear you are having some issues with your display.
Can you check & confirm the following for us.
Make sure you have the HDMI cable in the correct port at the rear of the PC please see the link below.
https://www.support.drmem.com/hc/en-gb/articles/10493368956189-No-Display-Simple-Fix
Could you send us a photo of where you have the HDMI cable plugged into the PC.
Then
1. Test & confirm the PC's display with a different monitor or TV
2. Try a different HDMI cable.
3. If you have a DP (Display Port) cable try the connection with that cable too
All the PC's are hand built and tested here before packing so should work for your devices
So can you please test your monitor or TV with a different device, laptop/console/other PC etc & confirm that you get a picture.
Do the same with the cable.
Just because one device will will work with a cable doesn't mean that another device will necessarily work with that cable. This applies to a TV or monitor too.
Some monitors and TV's have multiple inputs and you will need to select this input on the devices own menu.
Also some devices do not like warm changeovers so confirm this is not the case by turning both the Monitor/TV fully off and the PC then connect them and power on again.
If you have had no success after checking the cables and monitor please try the following steps
Turn your PC off and unplug the power cable, but leave the rocker switch in the ON position, so just unplug the cable.
Then using the power switch on top of the PC. Press and hold this switch for about 20 seconds or repeatedly press this switch for about 30 seconds.
Then try plugging the power cable back in and turning the PC back on.
If you have still had no success it is time to take a look inside the PC, as something may have worked its way loose over time, or if the PC has only just arrived may have come slightly loose in transit.
If you dont feel comfortable or confident trying the steps below please let us know and we can arrange to collect the PC from you and fix it here. The instructions are very simple step by step instructions and will n ot invalidate your warranty as we have asked you to try them for us
