We are sorry you want to return the PC to us. would you prefer to return it to via Amazon or shall we arrange a collection via DPD?

The returns booking process, with DPD our carrier, is not automated so can you please tell us.
1. Your prefered 3 hour collection time between 9am - 6pm, any weekday apart from bank holidays
2. A mobile number so we can pass that to DPD for notifications
And we will book the collection for you. Usually we can book it for the next day if you let us know before 4pm.
Once the PC is collected we are responsible for the PC's safe return. But you will need to make sure that the PC is packed safely and securely for its journey, as you are responsible and liable if any damage occurs due to inadequate packing. & we may need to charge you to replace damaged components, if we cant repair them . So please see below for packing instructions.
As with most things if you dont think its enough it probably isn't.

Packing the GPU (graphics card) if it is a RTX 3070/3080/3090/4080 or any of the more powerful GPU's with a heavy heatsink attached.
