Because your Graphics Card GPU is a higher performance card it requires a more substantial & heavier cooling solution. Because of this extra weight it is important to secure the GPU so it arrives safely back with us. Ideally the card should be removed and packed separately then placed inside the PC package to be returned to us. If you absolutely cant remove the card. Please make sure that you you use a substantial amount of packing or bubble wrap inside the cavity of the PC case so that there is absolutely no possibility of the card moving or coming loose inside the case.
Unfortunately in these cases because the PC is making a return journey to it is your responsibility to ensure the PC and its components arrive safely back with us. Otherwise we are forced to charge you to replace any components that have become damaged in transit.
Naturally if you are returning a component that was damaged in transit to you the liability is with us not yourself. And we will of course repair or replace any such damaged item. But if that is the case you must notify us within 14 days of any such damage.
So just to summarize please try to remove & pack your GPU separately or pack it so securely inside the case that it cannot move inside the PC at all. And also Pack the PC as per the standard instructions either use the original boxes or double box the PC & if in doubt about the adequacy of the packing use more rather than less please
