If your Graphics card is an RTX 3070/3080 or 3090 model, these are large heavy cards due to the heatsinks used and are quite likely to come loose in transit. This can possibly damage the card itself or it can cause damage to other internal components. The best way to send these cards is to remove them from the machine and wrap them up in lots of bubble wrap then secure them inside the case with tape. Also please pack the inside of the case to stop any other unwanted movement.
