If you need to send the PC back to us for repair, we will arrange for collection via DPD.
Please use the original packaging if possible. If you no longer have the original packaging, please make sure the PC is very securely packaged.
Unfortunately we cannot accept responsibility for any damage to the PC in the return transit between your premises and our warehouse.
If any damage occurs to the PC, we will either have to return the PC to you, as is. Or charge for replacement parts, if the damage cant be repaired.
Therefore it is essential that you package the PC up as securely as possible, if you need to send it back to us.
Package the PC up inside a thick cardboard box with plenty of padding/bubble wrap so that the PC is well protected and does not move about inside the inner box.
Then similarly wrap the inner box up and secure it inside a thick cardboard outer box.
Take particular care with the glass side panel for the case, or better still, don't send the glass panel and cover the empty space with a robust sheet of cardboard.
No need to send the keyboard, mouse, power lead, or remote control unit. Also remove the Wifi antenna & any other peripherals you have plugged in to the PC.
Please also tell us your Windows Pin Code or Password so we can log in to the computer
1. Pack with air-cellular cushioning

Wrap the computer or peripheral on all sides with at least 3"/7.5cm to 4"/10cm of air-cellular cushioning material such as bubble wrap. Place the wrapped item inside a sturdy box. Fill all spaces with additional cushioning so that the wrapped item fits tightly inside the inner box. Then repeat the process for the outer box.
Accessories/peripherals that are wrapped in appropriate amounts of cushioning can also be placed in any open spaces of the inner box. As long as they cant move and cause damage. But we usually recommend you do not send peripherals when sending a PC back for diagnosis & repair.
We can book any weekday between 9-5 in convenient 3 hour time slots. Just get the PC ready and let us know its ready to be picked up. We can usually book collection for the next working day.
DPD will turn up with a delivery sticker for the box, so all you need to do is have the PC ready for the DPD driver to collect.
