Support Article - WIFI Connection Simple Fix

If you are having trouble connecting to your WIFI network please check you have installed the Antennae supplied with your new gaming PC.

Otherwise you will get no or a very poor signal strength and download speeds even right next to your Broadband Hub/Router

These Antennae  will be located in a small yellow envelope inside your packaging

And need to be screwed at the rear of the PC as below

Please note the optimum position for the antennae is usually upright.
