Ram Does Not Work

First, discharge your static charge by touching metal. Then:

1. Clean the gold pin contacts of the memory RAM received with alcohol  or nail polish remover and then

2. Try the new memory one at a time on its own

This will tell if one or both does not work. Please let us know the results. It is best that you send us a photo of your current working ram and we match and send the same item but with the size, you ordered ( in some cases, the machine is also picky on brands).
