Heat can be a major cause of system instability & long term damage
It is important not to impede the cooling of your gaming PC especially during long gaming sessions
Please can you also make sure you are running the PC in an area with adequate ventilation .
You need good airflow around the case and all the case fans must not be obstructed at all.
It is important not to place the PC near radiators or other heat sources as this will lead to overheating
Also please check for any dust build up in the fans, or inside the case.
The best way to clean this out is with a compressed air can, or very carefully with a clean soft paint brush.
Some of the connections may have come loose during transit or over time whilst settling in so please try the following steps:
1. Remove both RAM sticks and clean gold connectors on both rams using alcohol or nail polish remover. And put them back. Make sure the ram makes a click sound when you push each corner in. A short video on how to uninstall and clean the ram: https://youtu.be/0GhxMyPgYOo
2. Clean the memory slot with a clean fine brush and blow down the slot afterwards to clear any dust.
3. Make sure the black power cable to the motherboard is fully plugged in and clipped in. A short video explaining connections: https://youtu.be/0QsaQOExrZA
4. Make sure the CPU power cable is fully plugged and clipped in (this can be found on the top left corner of the motherboard. it's a black square cable with four pins. See image).
5. Make sure the CPU fan is fully clipped in and flush with the motherboard.
6. Turn PSU back on.
7. Turn the PC back on using the Power button on top of the motherboard. Only press the button once and leave for a few seconds.
If you are still having issues please can you test your PC running on one stick of memory
Try 1 stick in slot 1, then just the same stick in slot 2
And vice versa the other stick on it own in slot 1 & then slot 2
if both sticks are stable in both slots but not running together let us know
if one stick or one of the slots is unstable again let us know
If you still have issues please can you send us some pictures from inside the case, with the glass panel removed so we can try and identify if something is loose or damaged
