Hi it seems that the M.2 SSD card has failed in your PC
We can replace the card for you if you want to send it back to us. The new card will just pop into the old slot. See the guide below for fitting the M.2 NVMe card.
https://www.support.drmem.com/hc/en-gb/articles/9061259795741-NVMe-loose
Sometimes this cad is slightly hidden by the CPU cooler but the procedure is the same just slightly more awkward.
This will be a completely new card with Win10 or Win11 preinstalled for you. Unfortunately that means that anything you have stored on the C: drive, which is the M.2 SSD will be gone too so you may need to redownload any games you have installed on there & any data will need to be recovered from your backups.
Please note even if you do choose to return the PC to us for repair we are usually unable to recover data and apps games, from the SSD if it has indeed failed.
So If you feel able to replace the card, please can you send the card back to us using the attached postage label. Print a second copy & put your order number, ours/amazon/ebay, or your postcode on the label so we can identify you.
And we will send you a replacement card when that arrives back here.
Alternatively you can get a receipt of postage from the Post Office and upload that to us and we can send the replacement card after we get that. This will speed the process up for you.
